PAYMENT
SKAVEN DANMARK accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped.

DELIVERY
When ordering fabrics "1" means 1 meter
The minimum amount of upholstery fabric is 1 meter.
SKAVEN DANMARK delivers on all weekdays.
- Care products 1-3 days
- Upholstery fabric up to 10 days
- Furniture up to 10 days
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
In some cases shipping may take a little longer. Customer will receive a notification via SMS or email.
ORDER UPDATES VIA SMS OR FACEBOOK MESSENGER

By clicking the "Send to Messenger" button, you give our store permission to send you information about your orders via Facebook Messenger. You will receive order receipts, payment confirmations, and shipping notifications. We will not send you any advertising or third-party offers through this channel. We will not request or store any of your personal information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
There is a 2-year warranty period according to the Danish Sales Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product/service.
SKAVEN DANMARK will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on delivery will not be accepted.
REFUND
If a refund has been agreed, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
RIGHT OF CANCELATION
There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our Webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive the order.
You must pay the return costs yourself for furniture, which is 900 DKK.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation.
The notification must be given by email to info@skavendanmark.com. In the notification, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back. You can find it here ( withdrawal form )
CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the goods in the same way as if you tried them in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a portion or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you would in a physical store. You may try the item out, but not actually use it.
