It is Olefin fiber fabric. It is easy to clean, has great lightfastness, does not absorb water, abrasion and fire resistant, resistant to mildew and chemicals.

Olefin (Polypropylene and Polyethylene are types) was developed in the 1950s and is made from plastic pellets that are melted and then forced through a mandrel similar to a shower head, creating the fiber, which is then spun into yarn and woven into fabric. Because the fiber is resistant to dyeing, dye is added during the melting process, meaning the dye is throughout the fiber, not just on the surface, resulting in a material that can be cleaned with bleach, similar to Solution-Dyed Nylon.
